I am suffering which i hope hocd & tocd , i want to ask lesbians/bisexuals females , when you see a woman touches/ kisses a man in a video or photo , do you feel like you wanted to be touched instead of the man ? Do you feel like the touch on you ?
Yes sometimes, but I’ve never wanted to be a man. Are you having thoughts related to that?
@ughhhh Yes & it is so distressing, i really do not want to be a man, i want to be with them
@star1232 I get you, it must be upsetting to feel that way. I don’t have this ocd type but I know the feeling. I think it be best to remind yourself that you’re comfortable in your own skin. The thing with ocd is that it really just preys on the possibility of being something and scares you. If you wanted to be a man you’d most likely begin transitioning or have a plan to. But I don’t think you’ve done those things

@star1232 I know I believe you maybe you can use what you just said as a way to calm yourself when you have those thoughts. “I don’t like masculine things” “I don’t like the thought of being perceived as a man” little things like that

@star1232 Yes they’re ocd don’t worry yourself too much. If it causes questioning and distress it’s ocd. Do what I said before and makes calming reminders to yourself when you have these thoughts it won’t make it go away fast but it will help
@ughhhh I really do not know what my sexuality is ,i dont want to make this à reassurance but in my childhood when playing husband & wife with my cousin, i insisted to be the wife & i was so happy imitating/ living the role
@ughhhh I told myself i can accept being bi unless if this will not make me a man , but also the fact that loving women depressed & distressed me so much
@star1232 Let’s not turn it into reassurance then. Again give yourself reminds it could be a good coping mechanisms to begin the healing process and maybe get rid of this theme

straight girl suffering from hocd, okay so when i was younger i looked at like a girl corn star insta for like 2 weeks and like did get aroused by it, didn’t think much of it still fancied boys, girls were like ew no to me, but its triggering my hocd so badly, like is it normal that i could look at a sexy pic of a girl n get aroused by it, but like a shirtless pic of a boy i wouldn’t, however i have insane attraction to men irl, i love my boyfriend, i love the idea of being with a man and hate the idea of being with a woman, this really freaking me out!
I need too know that I'm not insane, really. I am 16 and for the past two weeks, this has been completely ruining my health and happiness. I only recently came out as a lesbian like 3 months ago after a lot of confusion about my attraction since I used to think I liked men. At first, I felt so sure that I liked women, but lately, I've been having these unwanted thoughts about the possibility of liking men. I never used to feel this way, but now, every time I look at a man, my brain obsessively fixates on it. It forces me to imagine kissing him, loving him, things I don’t want, and then tries to convince me that I do. It’s painful. The thought of this fills me with fear and anxiety, leading to panic attacks and breakdowns. I don’t want these thoughts. I hate them with every fiber of my being, but I’m terrified that one day I’ll act on them and somehow like it. I used to think I liked men, but back then, I was in a very unhealthy space in a time of escapism and something deeply parasocial. I’ve only ever liked the attention and validation a man could give me, but these experiences are somehow treated as further proof that I’m "bisexual." I’ve never been in a real relationship with anyone, which makes my brain constantly challenge me—telling me, “You don’t even know what love feels like.” It won’t shut up. It keeps obsessively trying to make me prove that I’m a lesbian, testing my reactions and questioning my certainty. Is this normal?
I really dont know if it is ocd anymore I dont want certain sexual things with my bf anymore that i used to like When i envision it with a girl it is so easy to envision and it feels like i want that , that will give me the satisfaction This feeling is making me really question if i am still into men , desire men sexually Is this still ocd , i really dont know anymore , as it is a feeling it is too real
