Hey there, sorry this is going on, I know exactly how you are feeling.
Meditation Really does help a lot, if you can do it and are able to calm yourself and relax, then just talk to yourself, shit out all the other thoughts for a minute and just focus on your voice, talk out loud, that's how I don't. I'll sit down, calm, quite room, low lights or dark and take a deep good hard breathe, exhale and just start talking.
Example:
"Ok, this is my time, no one else can have this moment. Today is going to be a good day, today I'm going to focus on (one certain thing you feel is a negative) overanalyzing everything and I'm going to slowly stop doing this. I don't need to worry about everything that everyone is doing or saying, I don't need to worry about every little thing or person in my life. Instead, I'm going to be selfish for a change, and I'm going to going to take a long hot shower and play my music and sing as loud as I can, the. I'm going to treat myself to a big, delicious breakfast. Maybe take a shirt walk and breathe in this beautiful day ahead! I'm going to oy think positively, if I start to spiral, I'm gonna loudly say out loud, NOPE, this is my day, so back to those good thoughts. Think about all the good things you have, all your blessing. Think about how grateful you are for all the little things and know that it can ALWAYS be worse. Keep repeating, today is gonna be a good day! Say a prayer if you believe in a higher power, and then take another long, hard deep breathe. Say out loud "Alright Lets get this day started!!!"
Then get up, do a few small exercises, get your blood pumping and heart rate up, and you takeover that day girl!!!!!! If you start to go down , tell yourself, nope this is my day!!!!
I promise, this reallh helped me. Relax, stay calm and tell yourself "I'm gonna be ok"
Also I found that doing something that you enjoy will help you from the nonstop chatter.
I love to cook, so once I get in the kitchen I'm focused on nothing except what I'm making, it's like taking a Valium, it relaxes me.
And I also see a psychiatrist and that's a huge benefit as well
