Loss my attraction, couple weeks ago, freaking out

Ok so basically I have a question and it's genuinely like a question, when having false groinal responses/ erections, can those happen while having a loss of attraction to your preferred sex? Say like your into guys and then you all of a sudden loose attraction to guys but you still have groinal response to girls, is that something y'all have experienced? Like it happened and I was still feeling those groinal responses but it was so hard to get erect at erotic media of men, and then maybe 7 or 5 days after the loss, I had a thought about one of my male friends that I thought I had a crush on and it all came back, anyone relate?

@mint_moonlight It honestly happened so weird and so out of no where. I was watching this video of a gay guy who thought he was gay until he experimented and ended up with a woman and that’s when it all started

@binnie143 Oh I see. Mine started like 2 years ago where I saw one of my fav girl celebs who I just think is pretty etc. But never saw her more than that. Like how everyone loves Zendaya type of beauty. That's how I saw that female celeb. But it started to go more into that like what if I'm interested, or what if I'm gay or bi now? And you get the gist but it can go on forever. But I know what you're going through it's quote tough. Idk if you have experienced this but when I was younger as a girl I would look up n*de females just cause I was curious and so on all the time. I was like 12, puberty all that. But I never had a crush on a girl or anything like that but I always liked how woman bodies looked. So that's been my thing right now, is always going back and forth all the time. I have a bf of 6 years and it's been so stressful and tough cause I just wanna know. And same as you I just feel like I'm loosing my attraction to boys and such. Just been exhausted with all this. But hey, I'm on the dame page as you and I get what you're going through. If you ever wanna get back on this post to comment or vent. I'm willing to listen and such. We'll get through this one way or another!

@mint_moonlight I also only had crushes on boys throughout my whole childhood and hs life and so on. So it's quote confusing. I will say in Middle school I had some mixed feelings of this anime girl, that's where I questioned my Sexuality but the guy in the show I just had the hugest crush on him too. So it went away like that. But yeah it's quite a confusing journey. I hope you've been taking jt easy tho, just one day at a time

@mint_moonlight I don’t know part of the reason that always knocks me down is that loss of attraction thing and where false attraction was still there, it really scares me and it’s so identical to the bi-cycle like what if that’s all it was?

@binnie143 It’s hard to differentiate and I’m so scared that I’ll experience that again and I’m almost waiting for it to happen again cause the suspense of not knowing the answer is killing me

Question about HOCD

Sorry long post. Anyone feel like now they’re just in extreme denial. Like when I was little I noticed guys more than girls in movies and was more drawn to them. I remember changing my mindset to switch that. 98%of my life has been straight until recently. I felt drawn to some guys but never thought of it sexually. Always had girl crushes dreams and porn. Now I watch porn and I feel like straight takes longer and then I go and watch gay porn and feel nothing until I tell myself it’s two attractive dudes and love is love and imagine physical sensations and then it hits like suddenly. Like I have to convince myself it’s alright. Then when I try again I can do all that but feel nothing and then straight porn works. Idk if it’s just getting a fix or the first time works with anything or what but it’s confusing. On top of that I’ve felt girl relationships including my wife maybe miss something and a guy maybe matches that feeling that but then I feel like I’d be missing something without a girl or my wife. Idk I’ve had some rough times in life with male figures in my life but idk. I feel like I have to convince myself more and more that I’m straight even more than the first time I dealt with this. Can someone relate? Please

Can anyone relate?

anyone else have a good evening/ day then fall back down hurrendously the next day? Honestly yesterday I felt great! Like I knew what I like (opposite gender) and these ‘false attractions’ are just false alarms caused by OCD… like I knew these thoughts and feeling are OCD. Today I question it all over again. Are these false attractions real? Why has my loss of opposite attraction feel like it won’t return? Though yesterday I got snippets.

YOUR EXPERIENCE IN FALSE ATTRACTION

Can anyone give their experience on FALSE ATTRACTION? At this moment, mine has become worse. Soon as I see a male my anxiety shoots up, I can feel this in my chest and my OCD is telling me I’m attracted. But I continue to look back or stare and the disgust comes over me and my body shakes and I feel my face screw up. I can’t listen to music I use too or watch movies which was a favourite thing of mine to do. I just feel disgusted and not who I am when it happens. It’s like a different me. P.S. I had a very good week few days ago where I knew this wasn’t me and these feelings/ thoughts isn’t me.
