Has anyone ever felt like there arousal changed? I use to get aroused to women only. Now feels like it switched and I hate it. I feel numb to women and get aroused to men. Even had an erection. I have a beautiful fiancé and a son I love. I don’t want to be gay. Can someone help

When you say you feel like you switched, is it completely? Like no attraction towards women at all or does it come and go? If it comes and goes you could possibly be bi. As a bi person I do feel attraction towards either gender more than the other and it can switch and fluctuate randomly. For instance I can sometimes feel 75% attraction towards men one day and then it’ll go to 50% or 25% and I’ll randomly only want to be around feminine women 80% of the time it’s so strange but I accepted that way back in high school and it hasn’t really bothered me since because I haven’t taken any action to it nor I think I will. Also it’s not anything to be ashamed of as long as you still love your wife (imo).

I would say don’t take action to it. Just acknowledge and accept. Don’t watch any prn. And if you are tempted to do like hookup apps stay away from them because there’s some really unsafe people on there. Those bad habits will mess with you and I’m working on it myself to this day.

@Anonymous I’m so sorry that must be so frustrating! Your body and mind playing tricks while your heart says otherwise. I fear I haven’t experienced what you are going through because for me I’ve gone down a different route with realizing my sexuality. Which was easy for me, but I also do not have a family or partner and you know your sexuality. I think a lot of men tend to suppress emotions and find a different outlets (working out, reading, etc) but they forget to actually feel things besides anger and self hate. I just think you should change your mindset, ground yourself, be as present with your family as you can. Try to go on as many dates with your girl! focus on the things that make you love her femininity! Switch those scenarios with the thought of a feminine touch in mind, even if it doesn’t give you arousal like the thought of a male touch does. Think of things that your wife can do that no other man can do for you. You can always message me if things change :)
Sorry long post. Anyone feel like now they’re just in extreme denial. Like when I was little I noticed guys more than girls in movies and was more drawn to them. I remember changing my mindset to switch that. 98%of my life has been straight until recently. I felt drawn to some guys but never thought of it sexually. Always had girl crushes dreams and porn. Now I watch porn and I feel like straight takes longer and then I go and watch gay porn and feel nothing until I tell myself it’s two attractive dudes and love is love and imagine physical sensations and then it hits like suddenly. Like I have to convince myself it’s alright. Then when I try again I can do all that but feel nothing and then straight porn works. Idk if it’s just getting a fix or the first time works with anything or what but it’s confusing. On top of that I’ve felt girl relationships including my wife maybe miss something and a guy maybe matches that feeling that but then I feel like I’d be missing something without a girl or my wife. Idk I’ve had some rough times in life with male figures in my life but idk. I feel like I have to convince myself more and more that I’m straight even more than the first time I dealt with this. Can someone relate? Please

I don’t know if it’s SOOCD. I no longer feel anxious in the moment when I think about women, and it’s like my imagination wants me to think about it and get aroused. I don’t want to be gay, but maybe I am after all. In my life I haven’t been so sexually driven before (when I was living with a man, or when being single) but now all I can think about is having sex with a woman. I don’t want to, but somehow my body does and it feels like my mind have changed to accept it to.. feel so sad This all started around 4 weeks ago..
