last night I had a dream related to incest, and the feeling when I woke up that I liked it and I replayed it in my brain and it seemed like that every time. like it turns me on and I have a groin. I don't know how to help myself...
Dreams are dreams and you can’t help what you dream about, I’ve had some pretty horrible ones too in the past you’re not alone. I’ve worried about the exact same thing you have before you are not alone and I’m sure you’d be surprised at what a lot of people dream about, dreams are gross and weird sometimes. Just try to forget about it to the best of your ability that’s what Ive tried to do in the past
@GS33 well, my intention was to forget, but those scenes come back to me and give me the feeling of being attracted and feeling some sexual excitement, and that worries me terribly now.. as if it has stuck to my brain..

@Anonimus ME🫥 Just keep pushing through it, there are a lot of people who are very similar to you and me as well. Most people have stuff happen to them like this and just don’t think much of it, unfortunately over analyzing things that seem stupid to other people is a big part of what we are dealing with
@GS33 I know, but I don't know if those scenes seem like excitement to those people when they wake up or they just don't get into it.. I really thought I was depraved on some level

I'm feminine, and it's not always the classic groin, more like the feeling of being attracted when I imagine it, and the feeling of someone's drive to act on it (if you understand me), there was no disgust, nothing, just a feeling of imprisonment in my own mind...
@Anonimus ME🫥 As much as I hate to think about it, I’ve woken up to a worse psychical reaction then that but it doesn’t always mean attraction. Like I said you can’t control dreams and they’re often weird.

I just woke up from a really uncomfortable dream. While it's not the worst dream I've had, I can't stop thinking about how gross it's caused me to feel. I'm not sure if describing the dream in detail would be a compulsion, so I'll refrain from that. But, basically... in the dream (or nightmare), I offered a sexual service to some random man. The thing is, two of my family members were in the room while it happened, and there were certain points in the dream where they implied they had done similar things with this same man. I just feel disgusted and... violated? It's not real, and I understand it's just a dream, but still... :( I woke up feeling tainted.
I have been struggling today, most likely due to lack of sleep. I had a thought that I would consider intrusive, but what really unsettled me was that I felt like I liked it, **not just in the sense that I lacked anxiety over it, but that I genuinely felt like I wanted it.** It left me feeling really confused. It happened during intimacy, which makes it even more unsettling. The thought was incestuous, I found myself imagining and comparing the moment with my boyfriend to my father :/, and what really alarms me is that I felt like I wanted it there, both mentally and physically. I was having a really nice time, so maybe the physical sensations got mixed in somehow, but it still worries me. I did my best not to ruminate in the moment and avoided checking. I tried to move on, but the feeling of genuinely liking the thought was so clear that it is hard to shake off. Has anyone else experienced something similar? This is one of the first times it has ever happened to this extent.
I already made a post about this but I have theory over what might’ve happened because I can’t really stop freaking out about how much like me it felt. My boyfriend told me his cousin grabbed his other cousin’s girlfriend’s boob while drunk. Later, I started imagining it happening to me, with my boyfriend getting defensive (I love drama-filled moments in stories). Then, I thought, “Why couldn’t it have been me?” and got scared. I know I like attention, and I’m worried that’s why it felt so real. I almost felt excited. I’m wondering if it was just an intrusive thought or if my brain was mixing up the daydreaming feeling with that. Later that night, I started thinking about how I could position myself to make it more likely to happen, and I immediately felt horror. I’m into things like CNC, and I’m wondering if my brain got confused, mixing the daydreaming excitement with that preference, which is why it felt so real? I don’t know. I’m feeling scared because it genuinely felt like me both times. Has anyone else experienced this kind of brain confusion? Is that even possible?
