@Anonimus ME🫥 I decided not to find out why exactly, but knowing its OCD, its because of how hyper aware our body is to these intrusive thoughts, so it'll obviously react to them cause of how much they deeply affect us. I know this cause looking back, I realize I'm not actually attracted to this theme, I was simply really scared

@Anonimus ME🫥 oh I know, and so did I, I felt alone, even after that experience I felt like I was in my last days, last days of what? I dont know, but I felt like everything was coming to an end. POCD is just like that, thats why its so terrifying
@HOY I have incest ocd, but sometimes pocd.. a million of those topics, but it's the same.. I felt the same way, and it really annoys me that there is so little talk about it..
@Anonimus ME🫥 I agree, there should be more awareness, and the fact that these tend to be among the more common types of OCD, so there should be more light brought upon it

I've dealt with this also. One of the pieces of advice my therapist actually gave me that was if you think about having an intrusive thought before, you most definitely will have one during and that the best thing to do is just continue because stopping would be a compulsion. Also after I sit with the discomfort acknowledging that yes having intrusive thoughts during are uncomfortable but I also like to remind myself of my values which reminds me it was just OCD trying to ruin something for me.
@Anonymous Yes, mine said something similar to me! and I actually did it during an intimate act with my husband, but I always ask myself afterwards, i.e. I feel bloated... But this mastur***on testing is still the worst thing for me, I think, that is, the feeling that I have no repulsion..
@Anonimus ME🫥 I totally get that. Belive me I have had some outlandish thoughts that are absolutely terrible but I try to just be gentle with myself, knowing it's my OCD and that it's trying to get me in it's grasp. I find being very sarcastic with my responses to the "What ifs" afterwards help me cope. It seems to trigger my brain into realizing yeah... we are over reacting right now, moving on.

TMI!! Hey everyone, I was coming on here to ask if anyone has experienced this before! Im in an amazing relationship with my boyfriend so in this post I wanted to ask this question because this is how it felt to me! I remembered earlier today I was watching this movie, etc. and there was this spicy scene in it (iykyk) and it got me feeling some sort of way. This has happened before especially if I’ve played a game or watched a show with some content like this. I felt really in the mood and started to imagine my boyfriend and I doing those things together and I sort of decided to (yanno, the m word) hopefully everyone understands because I just don’t like saying the word😭, but I found that every time I do that, that’s when my ocd is at its worst/peak. Every time my mind has tried to convince me I’ve cheated, when I self pleasure. I get in the mood if I think of my boyfriend and I doing those things I see in movies, shows etc, and that’s when I’ll do it, But literally I realized after I’ve done that at times my ocd is at its worst because my mind will attack me constantly asking “Is this cheating? Does this make me a horrible girlfriend?” If I self pleasure, I also want to add that I mentioned it to my boyfriend at one time and he told me it wasn’t at all and that everything is okay, but constantly I feel guilty for it and extremely horrible. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this?
Last night I was self pleasuring. I didn’t set out to think about anything weird but as I was doing it some pocd thoughts were in my brain. I did not get off to them, but I could have. Idk why that is but it is. Idk what to do and idk why I am this way. Is there some science about the brain while aroused or is it possible that the more gross or taboo something is I can like it?? TW// nsfw and 18 up pls i can self pleasure without even realizing it. not like full blown, but it just happens when i dissociate and think about past flings or whenever im bored. just like casual touching myself. sometimes it happens when im scrolling on my phone or when im doing school work. what sucks is sometimes kids will pop up on my phone and for example today i was doing studies on a mental health in children. when i came to, basically becoming fully aware, i was like wtf. because of what was on my screen and what i was researching. it freaked me out really bad and i know it wasn’t with any bad intent it just makes me feel bad if that makes sense. like i dissociate basically and i am doing the touching like on pilot mode if that makes sense so whatever content on my phone or schoolwork isn’t even associated with the act. It just makes me feel like i was doing it to whatever was on my screen which ik I wasn’t bc I would’ve been aware and freaked tf out but I still am freaking out. this has happened before and I just move on bc I know what I was doing and like it wasn’t even a compulsion like “oh am I attracted to this?” Like the compulsions that come with sexual ocd. It was just autopilot dissociative self touching and I just was zoning out while doing my work. idk if this makes sense I probably sound like a monster. I keep having what if thoughts like what if I was doing it to that or what if I am a monster and it’s that bad to the point where I am unaware
