you are not alone. this sounds like OCD to be. OCD thoughts are distressing. tell yourself “maybe, maybe not” “yes i’m attracted to her you are so right” (even though you aren’t this is just helping to end the OCD cycle)! the more you feed the thought the more you will spiral. :)

thank you for helping me, i've been doing this for a while and it actually helped, but i was so scared this time that i let my anxiety take over
You’re not alone. I’ve been there myself. Just remind yourself that you’re not a bad person and that it’s only OCD gaslighting you. Be strong!
