morning... as soon as I open my eyes, for some reason, various sex pictures start, and I feel that I like it, I feel that I want to imagine it, and that I simply don't have any repulsion anymore... can anyone help? I don't know at all why and for how long...it seems so alive, detailed, and some feelings always start, the groin, the question of whether I could touch myself on it...I don't know
That lack of distress happens! There's a good chance that it's your brain feeling burnt out. It would be best to sit with your thoughts and feelings as you distract yourself :). Maybe you can color or do something calming!
@Andrew Escobar I can get up right away, eat and stuff like that, but in my head it's like I'm running away and I haven't "solved" even if I know there's no solution, but it upsets me a lot because it seems real..
@Anonimus ME 🦋 - Yea I get it but your brain is probably tried. I remember once feeling numb but all you can do is try to distract yourself and not ruminate.

@@sophiaevidal did it help you when you felt that way? honestly, I don't remember if I ever had one fear and revulsion at those thoughts! if I did, I guess I wouldn't be stuck..

@Anonimus ME 🦋 forgiveness and self-compassion mainly and radical acceptance. I’m a person of faith too, so Jesus’ forgiveness. But in general know that at my core it wasn’t me. Sometimes it’s a retrospective kind of thing… cuz in the moment it does feel real. But months, years later you just know it wasn’t and you give yourself lots and lots of compassion
@08winter thank you very much! I hope that I will be able to "grow" so much... I fight, I don't give up, but it's hard... sometimes sensations, feelings, thoughts, urges seem so alive and real, and I definitely haven't gained so much self-confidence in myself yet..
@Anonimus ME 🦋 Completely get that- I just had a bit of a bout with the emotions & sensations/ thoughts this weekend. I think just bc the world’s been so heavy lately it brought on more anxiety and intrusions for me. :( It feels ‘irresponsible’ to let it go and not figure it out, but I’m trying to! @08winter thank you and I'm here for you! I totally understand that feeling, especially that part of the difficulty of "letting go without thinking about it" especially when the sensations/feelings are so strong... and it gets worse for me too when I have external stresses...

This morning I woke up and the first thing I had was a sex scene, ocd topic, of course, and a feeling of some urge, as if I was being driven by adrenaline and it really turned me on...it lasted a short time, I didn't analyze it much. As soon as I woke up, I was left with the feeling that it was real... anyone else?
When I woke up today I got intense feelings of arousal and urges to masturbate and thoughts of this 12 year old kid I’ve seen irl started popping up, idk why it all happened, I can’t tell if I liked it or not. Or if I wanted it or not.
And what is happening...let's say I come across a video of that person and then I stop the part where it triggers me and I deliberately imagine images of a sexual type, and if I don't feel anything, I look again, as if I want it or I have the urge to imagine it, i.e. I feel the need, and if I feel something or get a feeling in my groin and I feel like I fall into despair?
