Today my sister sent me a recording of her singing, and in some parts her face "cut me out" somehow because it looks like a sex act. And I went back to watch it a couple of times, because my brain imagines the scene with it and I get a certain feeling and a lot of anger at her for sending me that, even though I know she doesn't know...
These are intrusive feelings that are coming because OCD is trying to trigger you.
@@sophiaevidal possible. but I don't know what to do, I go crazy like that and something triggers me and I look around, add scenes in my head as if I want to cause a feeling, then I get depressed, so I watch with fear until I get a normal answer, but even then the question remains... to delete the recording or not, there is so much anger in me...

I'm afraid that it's not just ocd and that no one actually knows how to help me because I can't even help myself.. like this today when it comes, I don't know what to do, I don't know how to live with it.. thank you very much for your support.. 🥹

@@sophiaevidal what do you mean by that? triggers, feel some attraction? scenes that I think I'm intentionally causing, or anger, despair?
@Anonimus ME 🦋 Like I have experienced intrusive feelings of feeling sexual towards family members, intrusive feelings of anger towards them for no reason, attraction towards niece and nephew all are disturbing but I know it is ocd
@@sophiaevidal you seem to me as if you somehow defined it and I admire you.. it kills me that it exists in me at all, and I can't accept it in any way
@Anonimus ME 🦋 Well maybe identifying that the ocd is nit you as ut is egodystonical to your values might help you
@@sophiaevidal it doesn't work for me. otherwise, I'm the type of person who has to know how to solve everything and I rarely believe in anything, and I can't define it and believe it just because of those feelings... believe me, I'm hard on myself..

sexualizing the person my ocd is hooked on bothers me a lot! it doesn't matter if I see the picture, live, facial grimaces, movements... and the groin starts instantly... I somehow cope with thoughts, but with those feelings...very difficult? any advice? any similar experience?
And what is happening...let's say I come across a video of that person and then I stop the part where it triggers me and I deliberately imagine images of a sexual type, and if I don't feel anything, I look again, as if I want it or I have the urge to imagine it, i.e. I feel the need, and if I feel something or get a feeling in my groin and I feel like I fall into despair?
