Its normal to watch any kind of porn and get aroused, we are humans. But i dont recommend watching porn when u have hocd, because its a compulsion.

Don’t worry,I feel the same way,but my hocd started from nowhere I mean I dont even know how the thoughts started they just did but now they feel so real,they feel like this is who I am,when I see a girl I feel anxiety that feels like attraction,I mean,like real attraction and now I am convinced that I am a lesbian,I dont even feel anxious just sad..

@bjornelena I watched it when I was about 13 , I had a masturbation and porn addiction before. I wasn’t doing it because I felt attraction towards the women, I just identified with them. The problem is that once I started having anxiety over this, I would check straight porn which didn’t arouse me, that took my anxiety to the next level

@pgam14 You know, all the proof in my head point out to the fact that I am a lesbian, and I just don’t want to admit it. I cannot ever ever eveeee in my life imagine myself with a woman, I want a man and that’s it. But these groinals drive me crazy, it’s just to much to be attraction. Once I see a butt or boobs, or even the smallest hint for female sexuality, I get a groinal, it scares me

@tiaaaa I am so fucking scared because, just like in the article, I rationalize everything, I link it with porn, like oh, I get a groinal, this means my brain is just used to the female sexuality in porn so that’s why I get it. It feels like I am not honest with myself

@bjornelena But idk the difference between me and him is that he started being anxious after finding a man attractive but I started being anxious out of nowhere and like but i dont like girls and started checking if I am attracted to them and then it started feeling real...but I am still confused
