at my boyfriends birthday party there was my ex talking stage (hes my boyfriend friend) and he fell and i cleaned his scar and im scared that i did that to be close to him for a second because i told my friends that i did it and they were like "NOO WHAT ARE YOU DOING" and it was six months in relationship with mt boyfriend and on his birthday party and im scared that i did that to be close to this guy for a moment and im not sure if it was a passing thought or a whole plan or whatever and im scared that i did something morally wrong and that i cheated. and i know that if boyfriend cleaned another girls scar i would be jealous. i cant fully remember this situation and how it happend i remember that i told my friends that he told me that he doesnt know how to clean a scar or something like this so i did it but im scared.

You’re good! There’s nothing wrong with helping someone (even an ex) when an injury occurs. It’s just part of being a good person. Additionally, the fact that you’re concerned about messing up your current relationship is further evidence of you being a good person In the future, try to recognize the ocd cycle, stay calm, and then show yourself some compassion. It’s works wonders, and will allow you to keep being the best version of yourself!

my ocd used to focus on being dirty etc or thoughts about others that i didnt want for example sexual thoughts or harmful thoughts, but since i am with my boyfriend its focused on him. i saw someone saying that ocd focuses on things that are important for you and i think its true because hes the most important thing in the world for me. i have hard time recognizing which of my thoughts are ocd and which one are true

and my boyfriend know that i cleaned his scar and some time ago i was stressing about rhis situation too and i told my boyfriend what my friends said etc but im scared it wasnt enough details and that its something big

This is just ocd. Like the above person said, the evidence is in how much you’re worrying about cheating. Real cheaters don’t worry/obsess about things like this is what I learned recently lol So if you’re overthinking and stressed about it to this extent, you’re already disqualified from the Cheaters label
