I’ve had similar things. But, I would still just make an appointment and get physically checked out. Once you find out, you’ll know where you are. What I wouldn’t be surprised to see happen is you get checked out, nothing is wrong or found, and then you have to decide that you have to discern when something is physically wrong and when OCD/stress/your mind are playing games on you. The kicker is that stress can actually cause health issues. Like I said, though, if you’re like me, you’ll get checked, nothing major will be found, and you’ll end up moving on to something else. Later you’ll realize that you didn’t have anything wrong physically. That’s just my experience. When health OCD becomes problematic is when you begin to constantly check, seek reassurance, pay for test after test, research health problems, etc. You’ll have to get to a point where you can differentiate between OCD and physical issues. You’re not alone. My variations of OCD change between this and others. Stay strong. Staying in the Word helps, too, because truly, if you’re following the Lord (and I’m not saying I’m a good example), then what have you to worry over? What is death to a believer? The fear of death is natural, and believe me, I get it. I’d wonder if past things I’d done had ruined my body. And then I’d feel like I failed those around me, missed out on what could’ve been. But deep down, way down at the root of life, what we are experiencing is a fraction of existence - that’s what I believe. Living that belief is not easy, and I am not successful much of the time. But I still know that there is more to life than what we are living right now. Keep in mind, too, that the number one cause of dying is living - hehe. Follow the Lord, stay strong, worry less. You will be more than ok if you do.
