Sexual images in head

@Idontknow I don't know if it's intentional or if it's an unconscious analysis, that is, I'm not aware of what I'm doing! it feels so real. I don't analyze, I let them go, but the feeling is bad...

@Idontknow oh well, I also doubt myself, if it wasn't so I wouldn't write... I'm worried that those pictures give me the feeling of being attracted/excited...but I try to rationalize as much as I can and separate it from myself...but it's hard

@Anonimus ME 🦋 Exactly, like in the moment it feels good and then I get worried…. It’s hard to be logical in the moment it’s really upsetting Can I ask, am I a p for having intentional thoughts because nobody talks about it it’s always “intrusive” I feel like shit and don’t believe the pocd diagnosis that’s why sometimes I think I’m a p with Pocd because I think it literally and also I once went to the the bathroom to see my reaction towards a kids like if I would grind you see what I mean I’m sorry I have nobody to talk to

@Idontknow so I think that deliberate thinking is intrusive. First it starts like a picture, then we get into thinking, and then the path shortens... we immediately jump into thoughts and feelings, so that we know who we are at the end... but there is no end... that's why we have to separate that state from us, but yes you're right.. it's very hard to be logical in those moments... and that touching is normal for this state and seems real because I think I'm literally fear and such thoughts make the feelings worse..

@Idontknow so let's say... I don't know why they don't talk and it annoys me, but it seems that way to me... and my dr. he says that's all ocd..

@Roryrororo yes, but do you sometimes have the impression that you imagine them on purpose, as if something is forcing you to emphasize them? I feel the same way..it's awful

@Anonimus ME 🦋 Yes but that's just the nature of instrusive thoughts sadly, it isn't that they always suddenly pop into your head, you can subconsciously think of them on purpose to check how you feel about them

@Roryrororo yes..and they always seem realistic somehow with all the feelings..i think you know what it looks like..we really have to try to just go on without thinking, but it's so hard..isn't it? I can't help but wonder, "what if I want to imagine on purpose and not because I have ocd"

@Anonimus ME 🦋 The goal isn't to not think about it, it's to learn to accept the thoughts as just thoughts then move on. It's really really hard to do and it's easier said than done, but by trying to ignore thoughts and argue against them you're actively making them worse

@Idontknow There's no way of knowing but the very fact that these thoughts are causing you so much pain and anxiety go to show that it's OCD
