I think it’s important for you to firstly understand that you and your partner splitting up is a possibility, it is also important your partner understands your current situation. A huge part of dealing with ocd is accepting the uncertainty. However it looks to me like you love your partner very much so you and him splitting up anytime soon seems unlikely. Try to focus on other things as much as you can and when the doubts or unwanted thoughts arise say to yourself “okay that’s interesting” and redirect your focus. Without giving too much attention to the thought, also never ruminate or try to understand what that thought means. It will put you in an endless cycle. Stay positive and when you feel overwhelmed take a deep breath. Get enough sleep with a good sleeping pattern, drink enough water, get enough exercise and even try mindfulness practices. These will all help your mental health and fight anxiety and depression. Good luck ?
