@Twinkabella17 I feel like I'm totally the different person i used to be. I was very sure whatever will happen I'll never leave my bf. I knew i love him. I admired his flaws. I knew everyone is not perfect but he is perfect for me. I knew people can have good and bad days so he can shout on me and it's his right to shout on me if i do something wrong or if his mood is not good. I used to understand that he sometimes want to stay alone to make his mood alright. I knew i am going to support him no matter what. But now after having these thoughts i only think what if he is not the right person for me. What if he is toxic. What if we would end in a terrible relationship( but our relationship is very healthy} ) . What if i want someone else and would happy with them๐. What if i choose my partner and i will never enjoy my marriage. I feel like I've lost myself. I want him but still think what if i don't want him. What if I've never lover him๐ญ . I just want to be the old me. Who was very supportive and understanding. And knew that i could handle anything in my relationship but I'll never let him go. But I've lost that confidence on my self.

@magicwizard I am no doctor but from my experience this is not at all like my depersonalisation. For me it is more of a feeling, like you know where you are and you can interact with everything around you but you feel either sort of detached from your body or like you are there but not there at the same time. What you are talking about sounds more like relationship OCD. Anyway, I am not an expert this is just my experience. I hope it gets better for you soon๐

@magicwizard I understand, it is hard with OCD to see yourself as the same person you were. I have struggled with this also. Just keep working through whatever treatment you are doing with the knowledge that one day, you will beat this and live the life that you want to live. You can do this!๐

@Twinkabella17 I imagine but that even don't give me happiness now. I cannot smile over our memories. I imagine and then think what if i don't want this with my bf ๐๐๐

@Twinkabella17 I am not able to feel happiness over anything. I'm just numb. I am only happy when i feel that i really want my bf but then it goes in a second

@magicwizard I am not an expert but I know that you don't want this. I suggest that you go to a therapist or a doctor if you can afford it. Alternatively you could get a book to work through. I have been working through an ACT workbook for teens (although it is good for anyone) and it has taught me how to unhook from my thoughts and get back to doing the things that I love. I hope this helps, good luck๐

Yup! And it totally sucks. Grounding excersies and meditation work for me when it gets really bad.
