@luchalysol Everything will be fine ocd is really tricky but I’m glad to know I’m not alone and we can get through this together. The more reassurance you seek the harder it is

@luchalysol I know its hard. You've got this. I'm sure you had harder days and you managed to get through them. You are stronger than you think.

@luchalysol And you recently started therapy, it take alot longer to work. Did you end up doing the last thing they told you to do which was super hard for you?

@kls323 I moved in with my parents so my therapist thought it was a good idea to wait as that is exposure enough. I started therapy last month.

@kls323 I just told my mom, hy showing her an article, what it isnthat I have. She seems supportive. Im actually moving back to CA with my son and his dad while I navigate through this.

@kls323 Yes, Im incredibly grateful. I just hope I can get this under control. Im aware its chronic, but Im hoping that with hard work and treatment, it can be almost non existent.

There are some great books you can work through too that have helped me between therapists. I had one called the anxiety and phobia workbook!

Yes. I have only had 2 panic attacks before. My anxiety sometimes does just get so bad and its scary. I feel I'm always worrying more about when my anxiety is going yo spike.

Yes, I feel this way too like when my anxiety is at a peak I feel this way . Just can’t shake the thought of having a panic attack makes me hace more anxiety . How do you deal ?

@Atrujillo31 I just try hard to think of something else and wait for it to pass. It just sucks. Im a mother as well and it makes it so much harder.

Yea I pay a sliding scale of 50$ per session and I’m on buspar and Xanax as a backup . I have tried soo many antidepressants but I have horrible Side effects it’s so sad

Sorry to hear. That is what makes me so scared to even try antidepressants. I know everyone is different but as a mom I don't think I can handle some of the side effects.

The increase anxiety is what is the problem for me. If it was just physical side effects I wouldn't be scared to try but mental is so scary. And I know what you mean, I want to be better for my kids. Sometimes my mind isn't here the way it should be and I just feel like such a bad mom.

I just had a mild panic attack while driving. Im so scared of being a bad person and killing my family that I dread going home after work now. I just wanna be locked up in a ward
