@falsememoryharmocd Yup, that's the point of ocd, it has to feel real, but that doesn't mean that is true, remember "feelings don't mean the whole truth"

@falsememoryharmocd Not ignoring them, just accepting their presence and accepting uncertainty, its the best way

@falsememoryharmocd For me it did, for other people it didn't, recovery doesn't mean the non-existent of feelings, sensations of thoughts that you don't like, it means that you have all of those feelings and its ok to have them but that doesn't mean the truth.
