@GJ7 Yeah i heard of ali greymond, i have immediate false memory harm ocd, i was just using instagram and when logging out got immediate fear thoughts that i commented threats on instagram, i will refuse always to check, hopefully it gets easier over time, ocd is a disease my psychiatrist says

Hey I’ve had that fear and I’m on Zoloft and Anafranil. I would talk to your doctor about possibly switching meds. I had this problem got switched to Anafranil and 2 weeks later I don’t worry about it !

@falsememoryharmocd It was the first medicine that came out in the 90’s that was designed for OCD. My point is if you do not see an improvement I would contact your psychiatrist

@falsememoryharmocd Zoloft did not work for me but it worked for a friend of mine! Everyone is different. I have never taken risperidone

@GJ7 Yeah i was using instagram a week ago and got thoughts i commented very bad threats on a friend of mines old instagram pictures and when they find the threats i will get locked up for it, i refused to check if i commented, i felt horrible for 2 days

@falsememoryharmocd Yes I have had that. I’ll go get you advice. If you ever did that your doctor would advocate for you that you have ocd.

@GJ7 I never want to comment any threats its a fear that i did and it feels very very real that it happened but i refuse to believe that, is this false memory harm ocd?

@falsememoryharmocd Yes it is but you’ll start getting better when you start ignoring the thoughts! I know it’s tough but you can do it!
