OCD tricks us. It doesn’t want us to be happy. Deep down you know you will never do nothing to harm your daughter, but the OCD likes to take things we care most about and turn them on us. You just have to remember you are stronger than your OCD.

@Freemeofocd Also be sure to wash your daughters privates and butt, OCD aside. You dont want her to end up with an infection of sorts cause of these irrational thoughts

@Freemeofocd No problem. Believe me I know this theme is debilitating but it's all really nonsense. You know deep down that you would never hurt your daughter and you have got to try to push through these thoughts and treat them as they are nothing. Easier said than done, i know. But you MUST start telling these thoughts to fuck off and continue on as if they are not screaming in your head. It will take time
