Sometimes I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. I've been doing better with ERP and things were improving. But it never seems to last. All the thoughts are so persistent and I never feel any different. I still feel like I have arousal towards women and I feel nothing and disgust towards men. I feel like that is not normal HOCD. My therapist is encouraging me to just continue treating it as OCD. I find myself staring at people's body parts and not feeling anything towards guys. It makes me feel so ashamed and like I'm a liar.

I’m also going through the EXACT same thing! It’s suprising on how similar we are. It’s so horrible that this shit is happening. I’m now getting butterflies in my stomach/chest to one of my close friends. It feels like I’m in denial when I don’t want to be.

I cant control my brain. I havent had sex with my gf for a while but now im nervous im not going to like it because my mind is telling me that im not into pussy 😞

I feel like that is the biggest thing keeping me stuck. Is a feeling of disgust. My therapist said its normal because we are trying to force the feelings so much. I definitely avoid sex too because I'm afraid I'll feel the wrong thing and I'm worried if I'll like it or not. You aren't alone!

Yes me too feels like I'm just living this huge lie every single day. My therapist said label that as being fused with the thoughts. But to me.it just feels like I'm prolonging the inevitable. I know that's ocd too, but all of this is hard 😥
