Hi everyone, I just joined this app. I am suffering from OCD for as long as I can remember. It becomes very frustrating at times because no one understands.

I know, it’s hard to relate to people. I got officially diagnosed a year ago and I’ve hardly told anyone because I don’t know how to. I think part of me just needs to let go and be okay with the fact that not everyone will get it.
