You did? Part of my worry is that “well the thought was always there so you’re just using ocd as an excuse” But the intense anxiety I feel now was never there before. It was like a passing insecurity. Now it’s like a dreadful thing that makes me avoid my partner.
@tired Wow thank you so much. That is good advice. Do you have an erp suggestion for when I see them? Upon seeing my partner I go into a frenzy of panic and over analyze. I want to just enjoy our time together. But I don’t know what a proper erp is since the expose is literally seeing my partner. If that makes sense. Thank you again!
Definitely ocd. Fixating on flaws is very common with ROCD.
