Hi! There might be an OCD support group on Facebook or something for people in France. Something that I think is helpful is to practice mindfulness, meditation, and kindness towards yourself. Over the years, although I am not treated either, I have mostly made peace with a lot of my thoughts, what I mean is understanding that it’s not my fault I have them, and I’m not a bad person. There’s got to be some international help out there. Here’s a link from the OCD foundations site, it’s a list of OCD organizations around the world. There’s one for France listed, although I’m not sure if it’s a good site becuase I don’t speak French. https://iocdf.org/about/global-partners/ Here’s a link to the calm app, I don’t know if this is available in France, but it’s a meditation and breathing technique app, it may help calm down an anxiety attack.
