Nah life sucks and I just don’t see the point. I’d rather make other peoples life miserable cuz they think by purposely triggering me is going to make me better. Like I can stay in my room and listen to music all day and not give a shit about anything. I don’t have to live a life I just thought why not but since it don’t matter to me I’ll make other peoples live miserable by making them take time out of they’re life to trigger me so if I’m going to be sad I’ll just make them sadder cuz I don’t have to do shit.

Nah. No point. I’m never going to have the chance to be with women I have an interest in so what’s the fucking point. Jobs won’t hire me. I can make some money but not the amount of money i want to make. It’s fine though. I can’t really get better at least not as good as I need to be to where I can be my true self. I’m fine with it.

No one can. I’ve already done it and no one knows what to tell me or what to do. Neither do I. So staying in my room listening to music making people look dumb for triggering me in purpose when they don’t have to is fine with me.

I can relate to your frustration and disappointment to a degree. My life hasn't gone the way I wanted it too due to OCD. One book that has helped me is Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. The Gregory Hays translation is the most accessible.

Use Claire Weekes method. Look her up. It saved me years ago when I had two kids, no car, no family and no help. Do it now! Also read "Beyond Success and Failure." It will open your eyes.

@Issac11 Look there’s no point. My previous ocd specialist wouldn’t let me prove I’m still obsessing over shit which is why I’m still fucked up so why should I think another ocd specialist would believe me. I can literally prove it by reading in front of a therapist of how bad my ocd is. I can literally prove it by trying to compliment something but my previous ocd therapist wouldn’t let me so even if I do find another ocd specialist she’ll want to talk to the old one and won’t let me prove it either so I’m fucking done. The only fucking thing I can do is lay in my bed listening to music and not giving a fuck about anything.

Ayo stay strong.Play a sport and workout a lot.Try to find something that u care about more than ur sexual orientation and do that.Trust the process and you’ll be fine

I can’t play a sport I’m to beat up physically to play anymore. I’m working out but it’s the only thing I can do. I know I need a socializing job to get over my shit but it’s hard to stay motivated and when I go out I typically drink so it’s not like i can actually be in tip top shape. I’m a try my best but knowing I have a social issue means I need to be social and idk.

@Issac11 If u can find a gym to play basketball or soccer.Those sports can rlly help with that.I have basketball practice everyday and it helps me so much with the thoughts

@Issac11 Do u use therapy in this app.Cuz if so trust every word ur therapist is saying.There is professionals who have been educated in ocd.They know how to treat this and they only have your best interests.Just trust ur therapist if u have one and you’ll be fine.
