Do you get through more of the day without the thoughts? My thoughts are non stop. I live in constant fear and hyper awareness

@Anonymous Hmmm I don’t know if I would say that I’m getting less thoughts but I definitely don’t freak out as bad anymore. It’s helped me learn that I am separate from my thoughts. I view them as songs in the radio now, I don’t choose which one is going to be playing but I can choose to change the radio station if I don’t like it. So basically what I’m trying to say is that I’ll still get the initial thought but I’ve become better at disregarding it

@Anonymous I’m hyper aware around everyone. I feel like I have engrained trauma from this

@Anonymous Well I gave up masturbation 6 months ago so I wouldn’t really know. Sex has been more enjoyable but I don’t know if it’s because of the mushrooms or because I focus all my sexual attention to my partner now.

@Keep Going But you’re at least able to be in the moment without fear of intrusive thoughts coming in?

Where do you get the micro dosing treatment or do you do it on your own?

@Anonymous I can’t even do simple things like take a shit without getting an intrusive thought or hyper awareness of my fuckin asshole. It’s terrifying. It feels like my mind was raped

@Morgan You have to find a person to purchase from, they’re not technically approved or legal in most places

@Anonymous I still get intrusive thoughts all day but I am actively choosing not to spend energy into the thought. I’m not trying to figure out what the thought meant or what it says about my character or morals because at the end of the day it is just a thought and we are not our thoughts. I’m not saying I have completely mastered the art of doing this but I’m definitely getting better at it. I used to spend quite literally 16 hours a day sleeping just to get away from my thoughts. The time that I was awake I was crying and suffering and getting lost in mental spirals. Rumination was my personalize hell hole. I decided that I was not going to live life like this anymore and with the help of microdosing, meditation, vitamins, excersize and subliminals I’ve seen a huge change in my life.

@Keep Going So sad to know I may always be stuck like this... but also nice to hear they don’t take over your days anymore... I have heard stories of people doing full trips and curing their ocd. Would you ever consider that?

@Keep Going Thank you I appreciate it! So do you just take 1 capsule every three days? How long until you noticed some relief? Did you have any negative side effects? Or feel “scared” from taking it?

@Anonymous I went into a deep suicidal depression when I was diagnosed and told that this was a “chronic” condition so I totally understand where you’re coming from. What really helped me overcome that mentality is that everyone has intrusive thoughts. A study showed that 94% of people experience intrusive bad thoughts every single day, it’s not just us. The problem is that neurotypical people recognize the those thoughts as just thoughts and know that they are not their thoughts. By practicing disregard you train your mind to become like that. We could be just like everyone else. As far as the other question, I did take a full trip a week before I decided to microdose. I had read about different trials that were going on with shrooms and ocd so I decided to try it. I tried to copy the study as much as I could. I took 3 grams in my room, turned off the lights, put some meditation music and I laid down with my eyes closed. I spent about 3 hours in this trance and I gotta tell you that it was terrifying. I have ROCD and my biggest issue is wondering if I truly love my fiancé enough. In the trip my OCD manifested itself as a giant octopus with its tentacles tightly squeezing my fiancé. The more I fought and tried to figure out the intrusive thoughts I was having, the tighter it would squeeze my fiancé. It got to a point that she looked dead from how tight the grip was. This was when I surrendered to the thoughts (major breakthrough) and told myself “maybe I love her maybe I don’t” and “maybe I’ll be the happiest man in the world with her or maybe marrying her will be the biggest mistake of my life”. This acceptance of uncertainty caused the octopus to release my fiancé but it was too late and she was dead. What I interpret from this is that if I keep fighting and arguing with my thoughts I’m going to be depressed, miserable, anxious and my relationship is going to go to shit for sure so I might as well take the leap of faith and embrace the uncertainty. Ever since that day I’ve been able to enjoy the moment a little more every day. I have beautiful moments with my fiancé that I’ll treasure forever. I still struggle a good amount but every day that I wake up I view it as an opportunity to heal 1% more and the microdoses have been contributing a lot to that.

@Morgan Yes the schedule is Day 1: microdose day Day 2: afterglow effects Day 3: rest It takes a about a week to tell the difference but every single time I microdose I have a wonderful day. You’ll notice beauty in things you take for granted like plants and water. The only negative side effects is anxiety but I’ve noticed that this only happens to me when I take it on an empty stomach. I was never scared to take it because I used to do a lot of drugs when I was younger and I had done shrooms before so I knew what to expect. Hope this helps :) wish you the best
