I mean basically I was on Reddit and there were posts with things pedophiles did. One pedo wanted to be part of the lgbt community and one admitted to looking at cp . I’m sure ther were other pedo related posts I’ve come across. They showed these comments the pedos made . In Canada , making comments advocating for criminal sex acts with minors is a crime . So technically were they showing cp and would I get into trouble ? Idk if that’s obsessive or no but it’s hella annoying . The tone of those posts were calling the pedophiles “cringey” and “pieces of shit “ and the tone of these posts was to show how disgusting pedos are

@lucy.wilefirr Well it was on Reddit which is a public places where people can post whatever they want. How can you get in trouble? Just try to see it as what it was, a place of information and now you know more. Try not to engage too much with it because it messes with your mind. I remember one time I was watching a conspiracy theory video and the guy literally put up pictures of a child after he was abused and it marked me. It was distributing. And I understand with how you feel when people call peds all those names and you think they are relating it to you. And you wonder do they even know that’s sometimes anxiety can get to people? It’s technically a disorder. But I’m not justifying no actions. you just feel like your the piece of shit. And this goes for all forms of ocd. You know? You just feel shitty. I saw one today where a daycare teacher went to jail for You know... and I read the comments and people where just condemning this man to the worst deaths ever. (Again I’m not justifying any actions) makes you fear a lot of your intrusive thoughts. If you ever come across this things I recommend just give yourself some space and let go of the internet for a while to lower your anxiety. I’m no expert but it helps. You start to disconnect yourself from internet problems to real life which it’s way more peaceful. Stay away from it. Even if it’s tempting to see what this people are doing. It’s tempting at times to learn about the dark side. But everything that’s internet based will be gone in a few years. Meaning it doesn’t exist. It’s temporary.

@Mmj97 Like I’m obsessing over whether I liked it . Like liked the reddit post so that’s weird . Though I tried to play out a scene of getting arrested by police for child porn charges over that and I laughed. Context matters right, and whether kids are harmed .

@lucy.wilefirr I think we all picture ourselves getting arrested. But try to avoid those things. You have ocd so it can be a lie that you liked it...

@Mmj97 Idk. I generally do like posts . I’m not liking what the pedo said , I’m liking the post insulting and shaming the pedophile . So that is problematic

@Mmj97 I mean I wasn’t watching anything innapropriate on Reddit. Idk if shaming a pedophile for saying gross things fall under the law so that’s why I’m ruminating over jail . But ty for helping . But what should I be careful about ?

@BigGip09 Dude I don’t go around doing shit like that. And some of it migh be illegal due to prostitution or probably cause it’s a video people copy and pasted. It has definitely happen to many.

@Mmj97 This is the shit I don't get about porn lmao, like why have such easy access to this shit but not regulate it whatsoever? It's literally like drugs. In fact, it is a drug so I just stay away from it as far as possible. I've just been working to get my old life back
