I have no really original advice but damn do I relate to this. Something someone told me that helped was that we’re not supposed to feel the same way all the time. Sometimes even the things we care about don’t feel good some days, and it’s completely normal. This could be a type of ‘just right’ ocd, where your feelings need to be just right everyday. What happens if you just sit with the feeling or fear as it comes? Do you do any compulsions for this?

With figure skating I could not just demonstrate I wasn't in the mood, I had to be. With this guy, I'd just feel guilty because my ocd would somehow connect things to say I don't like him that much, and I'd just feel guilty and all... Now that I date it's different tho. I know I want to be with him and sometimes am not really in the mood and all, what still bothers me is that I'm always scared of not liking him enough somehow. It's like there was this boy in the past that I was crazy about and this one I wouldn't say I'm crazy about him, you know?
