For you to get better, you need to learn to coexist with your OCD. You will continue to have these intrusive thoughts. Normal people without OCD have these thoughts too, they just don’t put any meaning on them. So I urge you, to fix these problems you are saying that are caused from OCD. You can still control them even though they are caused by OCD.

Also stop having sex with escorts, no one needs sex. What everyone needs is human interaction and that is the wrong type of human interaction as I can see that it’s making you feel bad. Having sex with escorts and spending your money in this way can have an even worse effect on your mental health than OCD. You have control over who you have sex with and perhaps a period of no sex which reboots your dopamine stimulation will allow you to feel better and tackle OCD.
