Does anybody here take Xanax to keep calm only during the instructive thoughts periods, to pass them easier? Can you do sports on low dosage? (0.25g)

I used to take both. Xanax worked but it can cause dependence if you take it daily which will make it very hard to come off it . Hydroxyzine did nothing for my anxiety and only made me drowsy .
