Hey, be kinder to yourself. There’s nothing wrong with being bi-sexual or having same sex attraction. It’s the not the end of the world. You are still a human being who’s worthy of love, respect, dignity, and admiration. Accept the possibility that your OCD may be right and move on with your day.

i can't move on this is literally my theme and for me it IS the end of the world i am not homophobic and i do not have any hate towards the lgbt community, there's nothing wrong with it but i can't not panic about this wtf

Remember, whatever you resist persists. We all have our own themes and they all feel the same as if they are the end of our respective worlds. I’m not accusing you of being homophobic or anti LGBT. Treat yourself as if you were a close friend who was struggling with the same theme. Yes the intrusive thoughts are nasty, outrageous, irrational, and insane. The theme is not important, the OCD works against us in the same manner. At some point in your life you were self assured of your sexual orientation then doubt hit. Fight back, show indifference, do exposures, you can do it. Bad days are normal. I’m having one as well today.

i am so sorry i sounded rude in my previous reply i was just so mad it's just that for this past week everything was alright and i was able to say "whatever idc it's not the time to think about it i have finals" and i was able to just let it pass but today is different and if you too struggle and need to rant it's okay you can do it here

@Nour04 Don’t worry about it, you weren’t rude to me. I know all too well how tricky OCD is that it can start fading or weaken momentarily for it to return. Emotions are part of the process. I’ve done my share of ranting, thank you for the kind words.

@Europe2018 it was mostly tiktoks saying "if you do this you are bi" and "if you wear this you are bi" and a lot of them were relatable but i never felt attraction towards women. i even believed them for a while because i fit stereotypes but never felt attracted to another woman. it's all so scary i hope i get to a better place
