I had something similar years ago and googled it, when I found that it seems to be a common worry I chalked it up to ocd and moved on.

I know How scare it is, and How hard It could be, and a advice to you is Just let the thoughts there, don't put any meaning to them, live your life, and yes ocd acuses you, and when this happend Just say "yes maybe you right" But don't put a meaning to your thoughts, like you said ocd Will attack what is most important to you! Let the thoughts there, let them came and Go! I know its not easy, but you can do that!
