I’ve noticed that I keep trying to figure out or question me moving in with my boyfriend and our relationship if I’m happy? Like I try to figure it out by checking how I feel living in our apartment or staring at him to check if I still love him/want to be with him/attracted to him. It’s not like 24/7 but I feel like I just started noticing I do it at least once a day. The checking my happiness and if I want to live with him is a bigger one because this is all so new so I think this has become a new obsession in my rocd/hocd theme that I have noticed. I don’t need reassurance but I just know I need to start cutting this type of checking out!
