What are the vitamins and supplements?
Great question! In addition to a B-complex (B vitamins are very important), I also have started on Inositol, and a GABA-L-Theanine-Taurine supplement. I will also be adding fish oil soon for my omega 3’s, and a daily probiotic. These are all naturally occurring amino acids and supplements to balance out the OCD sufferers glutamate response (aka stress). I looked online for valid sources and found several that discuss OCD supplements and all. There is limitless info out there and the more I learn the more things I will add.
