It will gradually get better when you get used to the thoughts. It’s hard to put into words and even harder to pull off, but accepting the thoughts is very important. As you accept them and get used to them you’ll be able to easily release them. Just treating them as normal thoughts and letting them go will set you on the road to recovery! You got this, never give up!
See sometimes I do just label them as thoughts and it has gotten better but sometimes I get stuck believing the thoughts or I am the thoughts and im getting used to accepting them

@lonerjayv3 That happens a lot to me too. It’s very hard to avoid that happening sometimes. Sometimes surrounding yourself with loved ones or just doing an activity you really like will set your mind at ease. You’re strong, I know you can get through it!
@BlueMountain Fr and that is true doing things will def help in the end and I hope so bro this is straight hell tbh it's the worse but it could always be worse do u have like a number or something we could chat more if not it's all cool
