I sometimes feel that way about girls when I watched movies or TV shows, to the point where I no longer enjoy them. I found that if I let those thoughts be there, but didn’t engage with the compulsions, they had nothing to feed off of. I think of my OCD as a Beast. The Beast is always hungry, and if you feed it, it will keep coming back for more. If you ignore it, and let it sit there, it will eventually subside. It can be really hard sometimes to do that but it has really helped for me. Keep your head up and know you are stronger than you think!
