hey guys, I haven't been on this app in a while, and I doubt I'll be on here much more (because reading abt other people's struggles stresses me out too much), but I wanted to pop in and say that I've been doing a lot better lately. I got a prescription and seeing a councillor and while I still have moments of uncertainty, I'm nowhere near the amount of suffering I was just months ago. So I wanted to tell anyone who's deep in the trenches of struggle and fear, you are okay. Things can always get better, I promise, please take this as your sign and feel comfort in it.
