You are not alone pocd is very distressing I have it too, I have found sharing my thoughts with someone who I trust deeply who listens with no judgement very therapeutic. It removes the power of the thought coz while it is in our heads our OCD is constantly looking for clarification and answers as to why we have the thoughts - remember we are not our thoughts and we are not our OCD. Stay strong we are all in this together 😊
