you DONT want this. that’s all the proof you need. make sure to take deep breaths and hydrate. sitting with the anxiety, doubt and uncertainty is the only thing that seems to be effective. it’s hard, and not easy to do at first.. i’m still learning myself. compulsions only feed it more and give you temporary relief. never forget that you’re loved. this too shall pass ❤️
