I have gotten to the point where I dread going to bed because of this. I get hit with intrusive thoughts at random times through out the day. But I seem to get hit with a ton of intrusive thoughts at like 2 or 3 in the morning. A couple nights ago, they were coming so fast and furious that it kept me off for over 2 hours.
I’m sorry friend. These tends to come in waves for me sometimes I can sleep through the night without problem if intrusive thoughts then other times I can’t.🤷🏽♂️
