That just ocd causing you to doubt yourself. Just try to sit through the uncertainty and the anxiety will pass eventually.
Do you know if it’s normal with ocd to not have intrusive thoughts anymore for a period of time? It’s freaking me out and making me feel like I’m faking everything and I don’t want to get help anymore

@random_person You’ll have good days and bad days. Try to enjoy not having them for a little while. It’s not that your faking it the help your getting is probably working which is why they’ve lessened
