It’s extremely tough and I know exactly what you’re going through. We all relate to your situation and we are here to help! You have a lot of ocd thoughts running around in your head. The best solution is to just not fight the thoughts and to just leave them alone. They love it when you try to fight them and it just makes them grow. But, when you ignore them and just relax with them around, they will get less and less scary. It’s extremely difficult, but it gets easier every day! It also helps to spend time around loved ones to help you feel more at ease. Never give up! You’re strong and you will overcome this!
The whole I never like boys is a big trigger thought I get! It also attacks my boyfriend and I get annoyed with him, constantly feel like I have no attraction towards him, and picks him apart especially if something he does “disgusts” or annoys me. Anything like that instantly triggers rocd and hocd for me! You’re not alone but it’s another hurdle
I’m very sorry you go through that. I know it’s very painful but whenever those nasty thoughts show up, take a deep breath and try to just live with the thoughts in your head. Ignoring them while having them float around in your mind with make the thoughts realize that they can’t bother you and they’ll start to disappearing. It’s very hard and frustrating, but you can do it! We’re all in this together!
Ughh sis when I was with my boyfriends I swear...did I write this? 😂 like I felt like the biggest witch, I didn't even know it was ocd back then. I just thought there was something wrong with me
@alexisrae1999 Yes!! I notice I do this like with almost everyone! But more so my previous boyfriends or guys I’ve talked to
@Corie Yessss. I feel like it's the ocd just not wanting us to be happy tbh . ocd loves to keep ya insecure 🤷♀️
