Has anyone obsessed over if it’s internalized homophobia or suppressed genuine attraction? I’m obsessing over it now and it really distressed me, how do I pull out of it? It feels so real and genuine that it feels like it’s not SO-OCD at all but those two.

It’s targeting this one girl in my high school (I’m in college rn) that I noticed she was pretty and smart. Never had any sexual/romantic thoughts and feelings about her. Not even thought about her until SO-OCD showed up, now it feels like I had suppressed feelings towards her 😩. I also read about suppressing feelings because of religion and parents and I started overthinking about that cause I’m Christian
