I know your brain is really confused right now. But, you just need to accept your uncertainty. Just tell your brain, “Yeah, ok, whatever” or, “Maybe, I’ll worry about it later” and it might start to back off. This is something a lot of us have gone through and are still going through. You just need to not give into reassurance and you’ll see that your ocd will start to give up. I hope you feel better, soon! ❤️❤️❤️
