You just described exactly how I feel. Like I’m barely getting intrusive thoughts and I don’t feel any anxiety just feeling off and numb and honestly I don’t even know how I feel and I keep wishing I could have the anxiety again instead of this

And how am I supposed to get help now because I feel like I’m not triggered by anything anymore or like I don’t even have ocd anymore

My thoughts are here but I have no anxiety. No matter what if I agree with the thoughts it doesn’t give me anxiety. If I think about how not having anxiety means that the thoughts are my truth since I’m not having anxiety. Nothing is giving me anxiety and I don’t know why but I don’t like that it’s not giving me anxiety. Is this normal?

Is anyone else sort of desensitized by their intrusive thoughts? I still get slight discomfort, and I don't like them, but I think I've been becoming numb to them in a way? It might just be a mental drain. I've been having an anxiety spike due to them for a month now.

Anxiety is much better but intrusive thoughts have reared their ugly head again. Thing is they don’t scare me but they seem like they should have meaning since I’m not anxious like I used to be!
