Your ocd definitely messes with your emotions. When this happens, try to just stop, lie down, and do some deep breathing. Just let any and all thoughts run through your head. You’ll soon start to see that none of it is of any concern and you’re just fine! Your ocd only plays off of thoughts that scare you, so once you’re not scared anymore it’ll start to leave you alone!

I obsessed over whether I had Autism, too. I think that OCD really controls my senses and makes me feel really out of place. So, I did some research and figured out I don't have Autism, but it's really easy for OCD to latch onto one thought and then make you feel a certain way about it, even if you don't actually feel that way. Idk if that makes any sense haha, but that's been my experience.
