These high anxiety moments can feel like it's one trigger after the other for sure. I would try in these moments to let yourself feel those feelings while trying not to add further fuel to the fire by doing additional rituals. I know in the moment it feels tempting and almost necessary to do these safety behaviors when you're feeling so anxious but I would challenge you to give your brain the exprience of seeing that these experiences are uncomfortable rather than dangerous. You've got this!.
