Hello, I just want you to know that you are not alone. I suffered from this kind of OCD as well and you can get through it. The thoughts don’t mean anything and you will get through this.

@Miss123 I complete agree. I've only done a couple of exposures and have already noticed a huge difference.

You need to see a therapist that specializes in OCT and specializes in ERP. Traditional talk therapy does not help someone with OCD and actually does more harm than good. My therapist through NOCD is amazing. A therapist that understands OCD has heard it all and won't judge you.

Thankyou it really sucks I wish it would just go,it is wrecking my life so much it every day it’s gone on for so long that my mum and nana think I am in denial it’s not that at all but unless you going through it guess they don’t get it they said I need to stop it drop it and forget about it,if only it was that easy 😒it’s making me so I’ll

No they don’t on top of all of this I have Aspergers as well I hope I get through this it not that easy to just forget these thoughts they are repetitive every day from morning to night and repeat the next day and the day after that weeks months 😢I feel I have no control of my own life it ever feels so real that I feel like I need to come out as something that I am not just to make it go away it’s Ruining my relationship with my girl friend been with her for 4 years now I want to be the person she met no this stranger
