I just experienced this about 10 minutes ago and what really helped me is to tell my self “‘just because I think it doesn’t mean I will do it” Just because you thought about harming yourself doesn’t mean you will! It really calmed me down a lot hopefully it helps you alittle bit and to know those are temporary fleeting thoughts. It might help if you also remind Yourself it’s temporary
Oh it's not harm ocd, its soocd but thanks for the advice either way it's helpful with this too
I’m sorry 🥺 I’ve had this thought plenty of times too. Try your best to ignore the thoughts. I know it’s hard
