there are things that affect certain people more than others, nothing wrong with it. it sounds like you just consider it to be a sensation with no underlying meaning and that’s exactly what it is. try not to fixate on what doesn’t upset you, because it could eventually develop into something that does. remember, certainty is an illusion! you got this :)

I know that there is that moment of groin and the feeling of "sexual" excitement in all ocd topics related to it... But when the therapist says that it is fake, and that the body reacts like that out of fear, or because it is a sexual topic, I can't accept it! My brain says, you have groin and excitement when you imagine your sister in such scenes, how can I accept that as a normal reaction and let those thoughts and feelings go?

Everyone talks about the physical sensations that come with reacting to sexual content, even if it’s something you do not agree with (like bestiality, pedophilia, or incest). But what about the mental feeling, like when it feels like you liked the thought? I think I might have asked this before, but does anyone else relate? It stresses me out that I have a mental reaction to something of sexual content more than groinals. Anyone else?
