I just wanted to share some positive experience with you guys😊
For me ERP has helped sosos much.
I recently had more than a week without anxiety. I felt normal like I didn't have ocd anymore.
Of course it came back. But not nearly as bad as it did 6 months ago.
For me I really notice how not doing the excersizes consistently can make it come back more/make it worse.
It's a journey. It comes with ups and downs. But it gets better, trust me.
I'm not writing this to promote this platform or anything. But I personally found doing ERP with the help of my therapist really helpful.
